iDelivery

We deliver across the UAE in 2–4 working days. Delivery within the UAE is AED 25 per order, or AED 40 to Al Dhafra / the Western Region (Liwa, Ruwais, Madinat Zayed and nearby). Delivery to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman is AED 85 per order. We will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange the delivery.

iiReturns and exchanges

You can return or exchange a perfume that is unopened and still sealed within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

iiiDamaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it at no cost to you.

ivHow to request a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email Sarab.dubai@outlook.com with your order number and the reason. We will arrange the collection.

vRefunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund you to your original payment method within 7–14 days. Delivery fees are refunded only when the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.

viDiscovery Set

The Discovery Set contains samples and cannot be returned once opened.
